Digital Vibration Controller

VCS系列振动控制器具有全系列的振动试验功能,能够在电动或液压振动台上实现随机、正弦扫额、谐振搜索和驻留、典型冲击、正弦加随机、随机加随机、在宽带随机下实现窄带随机加正弦、冲击响应谱控制、瞬态仿真、道路谱模拟等振动试验。控制软件运行在Windows7/810下,界面友好,操作便捷;同时系统还提供完善的试验进程管理、数据指示和试验报告生成等功能,使得测试更加方便、可靠。

振动控制仪采用模块设计和分布式数据处理方案,容易进行通道及试验功能扩充。32位高速双DSP处理结构、低噪声电路设计技术.24A/D和D/A硬件,高速USB2.0数据通讯电路组成,采用自适应控制算法的控制软件功能强大,将振动控制系统技术性能提高一个全新的水平。
